Prints

11. What is a giclee print vs a screen print or lino print? A giclee print is a high quality reproduction of another artwork, printed by a local printing company. Each print is identical. A screen print and/or lino print have been hand-made and printed by the artist in a studio. Due to the nature of hand-made prints, there may be minute differences between prints. For more information different prints see the blog post: explaining the fine print.

11. Can I get prints in different sizes? Unfortunately, each print only comes in one size.

13. Do you make prints of all your paintings? I make very limited edition giclee prints for a small number of artworks, usually at the request of collectors. If you have a suggestion for a giclee print, please let me know.

Framing

14. Should I get my artwork framed? Can you help me? I believe all paintings look better framed but it is really up to the individual collector. Some of my paintings come framed whilst others do not. Please check the product description. You can read more about framing on the artist blog: The art of Framing. If you are still unsure or need advice on printing, I am happy to help and can recommend framers in Melbourne and Sydney.
